I. Product Overview
The RP6060 probe offers a low-noise, wide-bias range solution for measuring ripple on DC power rails, with a DC power rail range of -60 to +60 VDC. It provides the industry-leading low noise and large bias range required, capable of measuring AC ripple from 200μVp-p to 800 mVp-p below 1GHz. This probe is mainly used to measure the low source impedance of the distribution plane. Therefore, it is not recommended to measure the equipment when the source impedance is greater than 1 Ω, as this may cause waveform distortion.
